The state utility commission made progress Jan. 11-12 inching toward a decision that should decide the fate of EPCOR water rates in the Sun Cities, Anthem and other Arizona communities.
However, the final vote on the matter was pushed to Wednesday, Jan. 26. Arizona Corporation Commission members are scheduled to receive all requested data to help tie up loose ends on the matter Jan. 19, one week before the final vote.
Getting documents a week prior to the final vote is meant to give commissioners time to review findings.
