Water continues to drain from Viewpoint Lake in preparation for work to replace the liner on the man made body of water.
In the meantime, Pacific Aquascapes, the project contractor, needs to talk to all lake property owners. Their discussions will let owners know what needs to be done on their properties. Owners are encouraged to call 714-481-0566 to set up appointments.
With no rain in the last weeks, the drain continues on schedule. Officials are expecting the lake to be fully drained possibly by the end of September, but in October at the latest.
