Sun City 'grandmas' partake in 'No Kings' protest

Living in the El Dorado of Sun City complex are five grandmas who are angry at one man in particular: U.S. President Donald Trump.

On Saturday, millions of people took to the streets to participate in the nationwide “No Kings” protests, opposing Trump and his administration. This was the second such event of the year, with the first happening on June 14. According to organizers, about 5 million people participated in the first protest. They said that an estimated 7 million participated over the weekend.

Out of those 7 million people were a group who call themselves “The Grandmas are Pissed!” While they couldn’t march down the street like the majority of the protests, they still conveyed a message on the corner of North 103rd Avenue and West Thunderbird Boulevard.
