After the summer recess, the Sun City Community Assistance Network board is back in the swing of assisting residents.
During its first meeting of the fall, the board discussed plans to renovate the office, 10195 W. Coggins Drive. Staff has been talking with vendors and contractors to gather information and quotes for the project. The board had discussed last year moving to a different, larger location. But buildings they researched either did not suit their needs or were too expensive.
The planned work is to replace the carpet with a non-slip type flooring, painting the interior, restructuring the setup in the main office and electrical improvements.
