Study: Scottsdale’s J&G Steakhouse among top 100 hotel restaurants in America

The J&G Steakhouse at Scottsdale’s Phoenician resort recently made the list of 100 top hotel restaurants in America created by the collaboration of OpenTable and KAYAK websites, according to a press release.
The list, which is not ranked, names only two restaurants in Arizona. J&G Steakhouse is the only restaurant in Scottsdale to make the list. The other is A Different Point of View in Phoenix. Both earned 4.6 stars out of five.
J&G Steakhouse is spearheaded by French-trained Executive Chef, Jacques Qualin, who serves meat and seafood accented with fresh, seasonal ingredients and globally inspired flavors, according to the release.

The J&G Steakhouse at Scottsdale’s Phoenician resort recently made the list of 100 top hotel restaurants in America created by the collaboration of OpenTable and KAYAK websites, according to a press release.

The Top 100 Hotel Restaurants in America for 2025 list was generated from over 10,000,000 reviews from verified OpenTable diners and dining metrics from June 1, 2024 – May 31, 2025, according to OpenTable. Restaurants with a minimum threshold of diner reviews were considered and evaluated by a compilation of unique data points, including diner ratings and the percentage of five star reviews. Metrics were weighted to comprise an overall score. The qualified restaurants were then sorted by the ability to book the hotel wherein the restaurant is located via KAYAK.com.
