Students to get scheduling options due to overcrowding at Liberty

North Peoria school projected to be over capacity by 500 next school year

Overcrowding has become an issue in some Peoria Unified schools and no more is this more evident than at Liberty High.

Enrollment at the school is about 2,650 students and is projected to increase to more than 2,800 students next school year.

Maximum capacity at the school is about 2,500.
