Strunk Insurance Group announces the addition of Matthew Riddick, J.D., as its new Director of Client Success, a new role dedicated entirely to enhancing client outcomes and strengthening long-term partnerships.
This position represents Strunk’s continued investment in advocacy and client experience, furthering its mission to set a new standard in employee benefits consulting. Unlike traditional revenue-focused roles, the Director of Client Success is centered on proactive service, education and measurable impact for employers and their teams.

This position represents Strunk’s continued investment in advocacy and client experience, furthering its mission to set a new standard in employee benefits consulting. Unlike traditional revenue-focused roles, the Director of Client Success is centered on proactive service, education and measurable impact for employers and their teams.

With more than 15 years of experience across the healthcare and employee benefits industries, Riddick has served in leadership roles spanning fully insured and self-funded carriers, TPAs, prescription drug assistance companies, and HRIS technology firms. At Strunk, he will oversee onboarding, renewals, compliance reviews and employee education—ensuring each client receives proactive, year-round support tailored to their goals. Beyond his professional expertise, Riddick brings a strong record of community leadership. He is the founder and President of The Riddick Foundation, which provides service scholarships, mentorship and educational advocacy for Black and Brown communities. He also leads MLR Consulting Services, a firm focused on improving employee assistance programs in healthcare organizations.
Riddick’s leadership has earned him numerous accolades, including multiple Forty Under 40 honors and recognition in Marquis Who’s Who in America for professional excellence and social impact. His approach, rooted in empathy, accountability and empowerment, will play a key role in elevating the Strunk client experience.
