Some Scottsdale roads have been closed due to excess storm water runoff from this afternoon’s rain.
The city urges drivers to obey road closure signs and do not attempt to cross. As of 5:15 p.m., Oct. 13, Roosevelt Street remained closed between 78th Street and Miller Road as did Osborn Road Hayden Rd and Miller Road.

Storm closes some Scottsdale roads

Some Scottsdale roads have been closed due to excess storm water runoff from this afternoon’s rain.
The city urges drivers to obey road closure signs and do not attempt to cross.
As of 5:15 p.m., Oct. 13, Roosevelt Street remained closed between 78th Street and Miller Road as did Osborn Road Hayden Rd and Miller Road.
All westbound lanes of Bell Road and 84th Street have been reopened, as is Scottsdale Road between Dixileta Drive and Jomax Road. However, there was still some dirt and debris on the road.
All roads closed from the weekend storm have been reopened and no damage was reported, according Scottsdale public information officer Holly Peralta.
