Stephen, 86 of Fountain Hills, Arizona passed away on September 8, 2024. Steve was born in Queens, NY, the youngest child of C. Henry and Ann Thomsen. He graduated from Hartwick College in 1959 and received a PhD from the State University of New York at Albany.
Steve was employed as a school psychologist in Poughkeepsie NY until his retirement in 1985 when he moved to Fountain Hills.
Steve loved to play golf and tennis, bike, sail on the Hudson River, view fall foliage and travel the world.
Steve was preceded in death by his parents, sister Margaret, brother Fred, wife Katherine Hahl and wife Jean Raymond. He is survived by his four daughters, Kari (Merrill), Elizabeth, Denise and Suzette, grandchildren Leila, Phillipe and Joseph as well as great grandchildren, nieces and a nephew. He will be missed.
