Steel rebar plant expansion in Mesa should be approved, planning board says

A modification to a bonus intensity zone overlay and a site plan review of 229 acres for new industrial buildings at a steel rebar business should be approved, a Mesa advisory board recommended recently.

Andy Sarat of CMC is the applicant; and Commercial Metal Co. is the owner of the property northwest of East Germann Road and the South Meridian Road alignment.
