State law on food trucks

Changes may be coming

The state has its own vendor regulations regarding food trucks, which Queen Creek has incorporated in its ordinances. A town council staff summarizes the state regulations:

In 2018, a House Bill 2371 was passed that further defined regulations on what cities and counties can or cannot regulate when it comes to mobile food vendors. The town’s current practices are in conformance with the state law.
