Starbucks coffee shop planned at Ray, Power in Mesa

The Starbucks drive-thru will be on the western half of the parcel and will contain most of the frontage along Power Road, creating a lot of 0.88 acres.

The Starbucks is to be constructed on the east side of the 5400 block of South Power Road.

A Starbucks coffee shop with a drive-thru is planned on 2 acres south of Ray Road on the east side of Power Road in Mesa.

The development’s look and landscaping were discussed Feb. 13 by the Mesa Design Review Board. Vice Chair Dane Astle was absent.

A house on the site will be demolished, Staff Planner Cassidy Welch said during the meeting.
