A traffic accident damaged electric equipment and Salt River Project crews are working to restore power to 1,567 homes in Mesa.
SRP’s outage map shows the homes without electricity are between Crismon Road and Meridian Drive, and Brown Road and Southern Avenue.
One section for 1,488 customers was reported out at 10:42 a.m. July 19 and has an estimated restoration time of 3:30 p.m.; and another section of 79 customers that was reported out at 10:43 a.m. has an estimated restoration time of 9:45 p.m., it states at the SRP outage map at myaccount.srpnet.com/power/myaccount/outages.
