Special interest groups attempting to sway Scottsdale City Council election

Voters choosing who to put on the Scottsdale City Council next year are having to navigate their way through a maze of special interest groups’ messages this election cycle.

Graham has countered by signs with big red arrows and says, "Paid for by Axon."
