Speak Up: Reader suggests Loop 303/Pinnacle Peak interchange

Surprise resident Corey Shultz suggested in a letter to the editor that ADOT consider building an interchange at the Loop 303 and Pinnacle Peak Road in addition to the interchange proposed between the U.S. 60 and El Mirage Road.
