Speak Up: Hobbs OKs bill cracking down on college campus protest encampments

Protesters who set up encampments at state universities and fail to comply when asked by school administrators to dismantle those encampments and leave campus will be subject to arrest on trespass charges after Gov. Katie Hobbs signed HB 2880, which received both bipartisan support and opposition from state lawmakers.
