In the wake of the Arizona Supreme Court ruling siding with Maricopa County Recorder Justin Heap over the Board of Supervisors in their fight over election duties, our July 13 Question of the Week asked readers: Are you confident that elections in Maricopa County will be fair and well-administered moving forward?
