Southern-inspired gastropub 'Copper & Sage' coming to Goodyear

The city of Goodyear announced a new southern food gastropub will be housed in its future downtown area Tuesday.

The city of Goodyear announced Tuesday a new southern food gastropub will be housed in its future downtown area.

The restaurant, Copper & Sage, specializing in southern fusion food and cocktails, will be housed at the GSQ or Goodyear town square. Only one Copper & Sage is located in Arizona (Midtown Phoenix).

The restaurant’s second location in Goodyear will serve dishes like Nashville hot chicken and mussels along with its signature high-end cocktails.
