Announces move out of district

Peoria Unified governing board member Bill Sorensen has stepped down because he is moving out of the district.

Peoria Unified governing board member Bill Sorensen announced at the May 30 meeting that it would be his last meeting as a board member.

He said he will be moving out of the district before the next meeting, so he will not be able to represent Peoria Unified.

His term ends this year.
