Mesa-based Cornish bakery Sonsons Pasty Company is coming to Gilbert at 1430 W. Warner Road, Gilbert.

The family-owned bakery sells a wide variety of Cornish pasties with meat, vegetarian and plant-based options and sausage rolls.

The owners said they hope to complete construction in September.
