A dental office with a drive-thru selling snow cones/icees is to be constructed on 1.04 acres east of Greenfield Road on the north side of Baseline Road.
The design and landscaping for Snow Family Dentistry recently were discussed by the Mesa Design Review Board.
“The only purpose for the drive-thru will be homemade snow cones and treats of that nature,” Jonathan Ammon of Jammon Studios said in a project narrative. “This building will be a single-tenant building with the Snow Dentistry business as both the owner and tenant. Also included is an ancillary drive-thru for snow cones/icees.”
