Snooze celebrates 2nd anniversary with local shelter puppies

For its second anniversary, Snooze, an A.M. Eatery, located at Pima Crossing, had puppies from Foothills Animal Shelter greet guests at the front door.

On Friday, Aug. 26, which was also National Dog Day, Snooze hosted a fundraiser and donated 10% of sales to its new community partner Foothills Animal Shelter, a local nonprofit animal rescue with a focus on behavioral or mental issues.

The managers dressed in Dalmatian dog suits while the rest of the staff wore Dalmatian ears, all complimented by Dalmatian-patterned banner flags hung up around the restaurant’s green and orange furniture.
