SmokeTree Resort stays the course as $60M Paradise Valley redevelopment is on the line

Paradise Valley Town Council officially saw the SmokeTree Resort blueprints — the latest iteration of which includes 115 resort rooms on 4.6 acres — as the town eyes an early 2021 date to decide the redevelopment’s fate.
