Paradise Valley Planning Commission continued its review of Smoke Tree Resort’s redevelopment proposal in its most recent August meeting, discussing changes to the dining options and parking plans.
A citizen review neighborhood meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 5 at Andaz Resort, and the commission’s public hearing is set for Tuesday, Sept. 19 at Town Hall, 6401 E. Lincoln Drive.
The resort’s special use permit request is for 82 guest units with balconies/patios, a detached restaurant with an outdoor patio and cellar speakeasy, pool, event lawn and underground parking. It is located at 7101 E. Lincoln Drive.
