Paradise Valley Town Council discussed project details for the first time on Smoke Tree Resort as it’s now officially in the process of redevelopment since closing down and recent acquisition by Walton Global Holdings.
Town Council discussed a statement of direction document for a major special use permit amendment for the five-acre resort during a March 23 meeting.
Planning Manager Paul Michaud presented the draft, which will be reviewed at another study session on April 13 or 27 followed by the Planning Commission.
