Smoke Tree Resort’s application for redevelopment is advancing to the Paradise Valley Planning Commission for review.
Paradise Valley Town Council unanimously approved on April 27 a statement of direction for a special use permit amendment regarding redevelopment of Smoke Tree Resort’s five-acre site.
The redevelopment request is for 82 resort guest units, a detached restaurant/bar, market bistro with outdoor patio, meeting function building with outdoor event lawn, resort pool, guest fitness and spa facility and underground parking.
