As Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport works to restore full concessions service to the airport, it will open its newest concourse next month with only bare-bones concessions.
The first flights will arrive and depart out of the new South 1 Concourse in Terminal 4 on Monday, June 20. The terminal will exclusively serve Southwest Airline flights.
“We cannot wait to open this up for you all to see and for the traveling public to see,” Phoenix Aviation Director Chad Makovsky said during last week’s Aviation Advisory Board meeting.
