Six-story apartment building planned next to Last Chance in Phoenix

A six-story, 216-unit apartment building is planned in the Last Chance shopping center, called Camelback Colonnade, southeast of State Route 51 and Camelback Road in Phoenix.

The building will replace a parking lot behind the store, to the southwest of Last Chance. The 2.44-acre property is south of a parking garage for the shopping center and north of the Cholla Library.
