Signature ‘blighted’ downtown property looks to be reemerging

The building that housed the former Gaslight Inn Bed & Breakfast in Historic Downtown Glendale is getting a new life.

Just what form that will take isn’t clear yet.

The shuttered location, which actually involves two parcels, at 5747 and 5753 W. Glendale Ave., was purchased in February of this year by 119 Mesa, LLC.
