For Calvin Rainwater, country music isn’t just a genre. It’s a lifeline.
Born and raised in the deserts of Arizona and shaped by the shade of his grandmother’s orange tree, Rainwater discovered his love for music long before he understood its power. As a child, he would cradle his grandfather’s guitar and sing Don Williams tunes into the open air. Now, decades later, he carries that same weathered authenticity into every song he writes.
This Wednesday night, Oct. 22, Rainwater will take the stage at Saddle Mountain Brewing Company in Goodyear for an intimate acoustic set from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
