The Arizona Department of Public Safety has issued a Silver Alert for the 43-year-old Phoenix man, Madrid Benidicto.

The Arizona Department of Public Safety has issued a Silver Alert for a 43-year-old Phoenix man.
The man — Madrid Benidicto — was last seen near 7th Street and Euclid Avenue on Nov. 13, a press release said.
Madrid "suffers from a cognitive disability" that causes him to become confused and lost easily, the press release said.
He is 5 foot 9 inches tall and 225 pounds. He was last seen wearing black shorts, blue shirt and a black and white jacket, according to a press release.
