The Peoria Police Department canceled a Silver Alert Tuesday afternoon after a missing resident was located in California.
Terry Coleman, 73 of Peoria, was last seen at his residence in the area of 91st Avenue and Lake Pleasant Parkway at about 6:30 p.m. March 27. He last spoke to family around that time and had not returned home. He had not contacted anyone since then.
He was located safe in Madero, California, according to police. His family was notified and are in the process of reuniting with him.
Police believe he was driving a white 2015 Nissan Altima with Arizona license plate AYH2682.
According to family, Mr. Coleman is a diabetic and missed his insulin for the evening and is in need of his medication. He also suffers from memory issues.
