There aren’t many items on the agenda for the Wednesday, March 20 Chandler Planning and Zoning Commission regular meeting.
That doesn’t necessarily mean it will be a short meeting.
Nearly every item on Wednesday’s 5:30 p.m. meeting agenda is on consent. But at the Feb. 21 meeting, with only one action item scheduled, that one item led to 90 minutes of resident, developer, city staff and board discussion before a non-unanimous recommendation for a gas station plan to be approved by the Chandler City Council.
