Not exactly, but there is a relationship in Suzanne Novak’s life between music and bridal alterations she does at her shop in Gilbert.
“Music is a very integral part of my life,” said Novak, who still plays retirement homes about once a month with her husband as “Two’s Company.” “It’s something that I don’t normally share with people because it’s that special. I don’t care what they say about my sewing, but I don’t want to be criticized about my music. So that’s it. You can say whatever you want about how I sew, I’ll fix it.”
