From extracurriculars to daily homework assignments, students are often too busy to give back to their community, however, three young Valley residents are working to help out less fortunate students at Hirsch Academy in south Scottsdale.
Pia Sachdev along with Jovin Sachdev and Deven Sheth created a shoe drive called Sneakers for Students in order to provide low-income students with new shoes for the school year.
Community members were invited to donate new shoes to the drive via social media through digital flyers and other content online.
