Shea traffic creates noise for neighbors

Homeowners in the Scottsdale Ranch community say the noise from traffic on Shea is keeping them from enjoying their homes.

Ed Dulin and his wife used to like to sit out on their back patio and listen to music from the radio and talk.

Unfortunately, he says, that’s become impossible anymore.

Dulin lives on Lake Serena in the Scottsdale Ranch community and the noise from Shea Boulevard between 96th Street and Via Linda makes it impossible to hear the music, even when it’s turned up.
