Shaw: Pigeons cause problems for Sun City resident

I am experiencing a major and costly infestation of disease spreading pigeons due to the inconsiderate behavior of a neighbor who insists on feeding these wild animals.

Sun City Home Owners Association has sent the offender a letter but there is no indication that her behavior has changed. Meanwhile I am experiencing roof damage from the droppings and need to incur $2,000-$3,000 on deterrents and trapping.

If any other readers have similar issues they need to look for feeding grounds in their neighborhood.
