Sharon Celeste Besser

SUN CITY WEST - On Feb. 5, 2017, Sharon Celeste Besser passed away. Her father, Tom Watkins, was a member of the famous Tommy Dorsey band. She loved jazz and railroads, having worked for the railroad for a large part of her life. She was a very positive and accepting individual who had many loving friends. She had two very happy marriages, first to Ben Phillips and later to Charles Besser. She leaves two stepsons, Wayne Phillips, who has two children and four grandchildren, and Charles Besser, who has two children and two grandchildren. On Saturday, Feb. 18, 2017, a gathering will be held at 9 a.m. and a celebration of her life service will be held at 10 a.m. All activities will be held at the Sunland Memorial Park Mortuary, 15826 N Del Webb Blvd, Sun City, AZ 85351.
