Share feedback with FAA on proposed Phoenix-area flight-path changes

OPINION — The Federal Aviation Administration's public-comment period on the Phoenix-Area Modernization Project closes June 30.

If you are concerned about how proposed flight-path changes could affect aircraft noise, quality of life or your neighborhood, this is your opportunity to share those concerns directly with the FAA. Once the public-comment period closes, the opportunity to provide feedback on the Draft Environmental Assessment will end.

To determine whether your neighborhood may be affected, review the FAA Draft Environmental Assessment, use the FAA’s Noise Mapping Tool to understand potential impacts in your area and then submit comments directly to the FAA before June 30.
