Senate bill looks to curb license plate data access, use

The Arizona Senate is considering a bill that would limit how data gathered from license plate readers can be used.

Senate Bill 1111 limits the use of data collected by automatic license plate reader systems to law enforcement agencies conducting criminal investigations or searching for missing people or people in danger.
