On July 1, Arizona Sen. Mark Kelly visited Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport to meet with aviation officials, view construction and discuss his work on bipartisan infrastructure proposals.
Sen. Kelly, according to a press release, has been working in recent weeks to advance a bipartisan infrastructure framework alongside 20 other sneators that would invest in Arizona’s roads, bridges, airports, ports of entry and water structure. Additionally, this framework would create jobs for Arizonans and attract more workers and families to Arizona, the press release states.
In the Senate, Kelly has focused on investments in workforce training and development to ensure that Arizonans get the skills they need for jobs in emerging industries.
