The Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce and Scottsdale Community College are hosting a program about how businesses can better support team members experiencing real-life barriers such as childcare access, food insecurity and housing instability.

Speakers will include Denny Brown, from Scottsdale Community Partners; Tawni Rachel, from Scottsdale Community College and Sarah Richardson, from First Things First, according to a press release.

The event, titled Beyond the workplace: supporting employees for real-world success, is scheduled from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 10 at the Scottsdale Community College Indigenous Community Center, 9000 E. Chaparral Road, in Scottsdale.
