Drawdowns — or swatches — of exterior colors of a planned self-storage facility need to be supplied so a Mesa Design Review Board member can discern what is planned for the business on 2.35 acres within an industrial development south of Elliot Road on the east side of Power Road.
Board member Jeanette Knudsen said she could not approve the color palette from a paper copy, she said during the May 11 Zoom meeting of the Mesa Design Review Board.
Planned colors include lilac, terra cotta, two blues, white and slate gray.
