The naughty gimmick has caught fire in West Valley

Standing out from the rest is a typical priority for most business ventures. The La Hotkeria food stand certainly has that one covered.

Araceli “Shelly” Ramirez worked as an executive chef in the corporate world and wanted to strike out on her own. She came up with a great hook — use original-recipe batter to make mini pancake pastry delights, which are not only delicious on their own but contain an endless variety of yummy toppings to sell at their roadside food stand in Glendale.
