The annual Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale Auction saw total sales hit $195.2 million last week, with a host of cars fetching more than $1 million on Saturday.
The auction sold 1,911 cars during the week with $5.85 million raised for charity through the sale of nine vehicles, including a one-of-one Chevrolet Corvette "Stars & Steel" edition that sold from more than $2.6 million.
“Our Scottsdale Auction once again set the tone for what promises to be another incredible year for the collector car hobby,” said Craig Jackson, chairman and CEO of Barrett-Jackson in a press release.
