Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Arizona announced construction on its second fab is completed during its third quarter earnings call early Thursday morning.
“In Arizona, we have completed the construction of our second fab, and are in the process of tool move-in and installation,” said C.C. Wei, chairman and CEO of TSMC during the earnings call. “Volume production will begin in 3Q’27, slightly ahead of our previous schedule.”
