In an update on the death of a San Tan Valley teen following an assault at a Queen Creek party, the Queen Creek Police Department says it has “executed several search warrants” as it continues to investigate the case.

Preston Lord died on Oct. 30 following an assault Oct. 28 at a party in Queen Creek. OCPD is investigating the Combs High School student’s death as a homicide.
