Advocating on behalf of Sun City West residents is what the Property Owners and Resident Association staff executes daily.
The organization serves as the primary liaison between Sun City West, Maricopa County, surrounding municipalities, state of Arizona and the federal government.
A yearly membership sustains the association. As a member, residents have access to hundreds of vetted vendors, as well as complimentary notary services. The 1-year membership costs $15 for individuals and $25 per household. For residents who have been in Sun City West for six months or less, they can get a free 1-year membership. Associate memberships are available for people living outside of Sun City West, Corte Bella and Sun City Grand.
