The City of Scottsdale is joining forces this month with Maricopa County to offer a one-stop-shop for job seekers.
The What to Wear Career Fair, a spring hiring event from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. Thursday, March 21, at Scottsdale’s Vista del Camino Community Center, 7700 East Roosevelt St., will offer job seekers the opportunity to boost their professional wardrobe for free before meeting a wide array of Valley employers on-site.
All job seekers and those currently employed who need a wardrobe boost are welcome to come and “shop” through Vista del Camino’s pop-up boutique of gently used professional clothing and accessories, according to a press release. All items were donated by the community and are available at no cost, including a limited number of personal protective equipment for manual labor and technical positions.
