Tri Pointe Homes Arizona has launched its grand opening of its planned Community Soleo in the San Tan Valley.

Tri Pointe Homes Arizona, a Scottsdale Company has announced the grand opening and sales launch of Soleo, its new planned community in San Tan Valley. Spanning 252 acres and an anticipated 1,435 total homes upon completion, Soleo’s first phase is planned to include 662 homesites across four vehicularly gated communities — Arietta, Luna, Molino, and Revana.
Tri Pointe’s homes at Soleo are anticipated to range from approximately 2,050 square feet to 4,034 square feet, featuring three to five bedrooms, two and a half to four and a half bathrooms and two- to four-bay garages.
